MachOne AGX is an AI powered agricultural drone system designed to identify early signs of crop stress using thermal sensing, plant health sensors, and onboard analysis.

The Problem

Crop stress often begins days before it becomes visible, leaving farmers with little time to respond once damage appears. Existing detection systems are expensive and impractical for small and mid scale farmers who need affordable, regular monitoring.

The Solution

Mach One AGX uses thermal sensing to identify crops that are under stress or not developing normally. Studies show that plant health strongly correlates with surface temperature, as stressed crops retain more heat than healthy ones. By detecting these temperature differences early, the system highlights problem areas before visible damage occurs, allowing farmers to respond sooner and more effectively.

Mach One AGX is kept affordable through a lightweight carbon fiber frame, a simplified sensor stack, and an efficient modular design. By avoiding oversized airframes and unnecessary hardware, the system reduces material and manufacturing costs while still supporting thermal sensing and onboard processing. This design approach allows Mach One AGX to deliver early stress detection without the price and maintenance burden of larger agricultural drone platforms.
